Not every fence job means starting from scratch. Sometimes it's just one section that's given up - warped boards, rotting posts, the whole thing leaning like it's tired. That's exactly what we were dealing with here. The existing wood section had run its course, and the homeowner wanted something that wouldn't need constant attention to stay looking decent.

We pulled the failing wood section and replaced it with a full vinyl privacy fence. The tan/beige color ties in naturally with the brick exterior, and the clean vertical board profile gives the whole side of the property a much sharper, more finished look. It's a big visual difference for what is technically a targeted repair.

Vinyl is one of those materials that really earns its keep over time. No painting, no staining, no worrying about rot or warping after a wet season. What you install is essentially what you get - year after year. For a section like this that borders a driveway and gets a lot of exposure, that durability matters.

You'll also notice the vinyl gate we installed as part of this job. It matches the fence panels perfectly and fits the space between the fence run and the existing chain-link gate beyond it. That kind of continuity - where everything looks like it belongs together - is something we pay close attention to on every install. The details are what separate a good fence job from a great one.

If part of your fence is past its prime, you don't necessarily need to replace everything. We're happy to take a look and help you figure out the right path forward, whether that's a full replacement or just targeting the sections that need it most.
