We recently took on the task of installing a robust garden fence for a property in the picturesque town of Joliet, MT. This installation, reaching a height of 6 feet 6 inches, was specifically designed to deter the ever-persistent wildlife, particularly deer, from entering and feasting on the garden's produce.
The project involved securing strong, galvanized steel posts to ensure stability and endurance against the elements. Each post was meticulously placed at regular intervals along the property line, creating a formidable barrier around the garden area. The choice of materials was crucial as it needed to withstand not only weather conditions but also the weight of any curious wildlife.
One of the main challenges was driving the posts deep enough into the varied Montana soil for maximum stability—no easy feat given the rocky terrain in some areas. Our team worked collectively to navigate these challenges, employing specialized tools and techniques to ensure each post was anchored effectively.
Finally, the fence mesh was secured with precision and tension to provide a seamless and effective defense without sacrificing the aesthetic appeal of the outdoor space. This project reflects our commitment to blending functionality with reliability, ensuring our client's garden is protected all year round.
