Not every property needs the same fence all the way around - and this job is a perfect example of that. The homeowner wanted two different things from two different spaces. Out front, they wanted the property to look sharp from the street. Out back, they needed serious security with easy access. So that's exactly what we delivered.
For the front yard, we installed a black ornamental fence that runs the full length of the property along the sidewalk. The clean vertical pickets and consistent post spacing give the home a finished, polished look without closing it off completely. It defines the yard without making the property feel locked down - which is exactly the right call for a front-facing installation like this.
The rear of the property is a completely different story. Back there, we went with a galvanized chain link fence along the alley line, built tough and meant to last. The standout piece is the double gate - wide enough to bring vehicles or equipment through, with solid framing and proper hardware to handle daily use. Chain link is the right choice here. It's durable, low maintenance, and does the job without pretending to be something it's not.
What we love about a job like this is the balance. You get style where people can see it, and strength where it counts. Both fences serve their purpose, and together they cover the full perimeter of the property. That's smart fencing - using the right material in the right place instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
